ORDER CHANGES
You may request a change to your order within 72 hours before your order leaves the Ebonys Berrys, LLC store for delivery pickup and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has been picked up or has already been delivered, we will be unable to change your order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel an order scheduled for pickup or delivery from EBONYS BERRYS, LLC please contact us before your deposit and full payment is submitted.
If your order has left the Ebonys Berrys, LLC for delivery or has already been delivered or picked up, we will be unable to cancel your order.
MODIFY YOUR SCHEDULED CALENDAR DATE
If you need to MODIFY your scheduled calendar date, any chance changes to the delivery or pick up date, depending on the type of order are subject to the Ebonys Berry's availability at the time the change is requested and may result in an additional fee. For example, shortening or lengthening your scheduled calendar date is subject to availability and may not be possible at a later date.
